Warehouse management built by people who actually work with stock.

Watch Your Stock. Master Your Warehouse.

Warehouse management software built for real operations.

The WMS for Shopify businesses: stock, purchase orders, receiving, warehouse locations, picking and dispatch in one clear system built by people with hands-on warehouse experience.

Not imagined from a desk.

SKUWarden is built from hands-on experience of receiving deliveries, finding discrepancies, creating locations, gathering products and keeping stock accurate while the warehouse keeps moving.

Purchase to dispatch

One connected flow, not disconnected modules.

Every stage hands cleanly to the next, and every movement lands in the same live stock record.

1Purchase orders

Order stock and track what suppliers owe you.

2Goods-in

Receive actual quantities against the PO, not assumptions.

3Locations

Put away into structured bins so every SKU has a home.

4Picking

Scan-verified, bin-routed picking with visible exceptions.

5Dispatch

Labels, manifests and tracking back to the sales channel.

The difference

Most systems understand data. SKUWarden understands warehouse work.

The software is designed around real hand-offs, interruptions and exceptions between ordering stock and shipping it out.

01

Stock arrived, but not as expected

Receive actual quantities and keep the purchase-order history clear.

02

The system says it exists, but nobody can find it

Use structured bin locations so every SKU has a known home.

03

A picker skips an unavailable line

Surface exceptions before they become dispatch problems.

04

Two stores sell the same last unit

Multi-store inventory management from one global stock pool ends overselling.

Complete operational coverage

The tools your warehouse actually uses.

Each part of SKUWarden works as one connected operational flow rather than disconnected modules.

PO

Purchasing and suppliers

Track purchase orders, expected goods and supplier history.

IN

Receiving and put-away

Receive actual quantities and move products into controlled locations.

BIN

Bin location management

Know where every SKU is stored and maintain movement history.

PK

Barcode picking and packing

A barcode picking app that guides staff through accurate, bin-routed pick tasks.

OUT

Dispatch and Click & Drop

Royal Mail Click & Drop integration prints labels and end-of-day manifests as orders are packed.

LOG

Append-only stock ledger

Every movement is an immutable ledger entry, so any stock figure can be explained line by line.

Who's behind this

Why I built SKUWarden.

Before SKUWarden was software, it was my working week: receiving deliveries that didn't match the paperwork, hunting for stock the system swore we had, and paying for warehouse platforms that were enterprise-priced, painfully slow on the floor, or both.

So I built the WMS I actually wanted — fast with a scanner in one hand, honest about stock because every movement is written to a ledger, and priced so a growing Shopify business can afford it.

Built for people just as frustrated as I was.

If you've ever paid enterprise money for software your pickers hate, or watched a spreadsheet drift further from the shelf every week, SKUWarden was built for you. Read the full story.

Straightforward pricing

Pricing

£200/month. Flat.

That's the standard SKUWarden WMS: every core feature, no per-order fees, no per-user fees, no surprises. Need custom integrations? Bespoke is £1,000/month — also flat.

Why SKUWarden

Warehouse management software built around real stock movement

SKUWarden is warehouse management software for growing ecommerce, retail and wholesale businesses that need accurate stock control without the unnecessary complexity of a traditional enterprise WMS. It connects purchase orders, goods receiving, warehouse locations, stock movements, picking, packing and dispatch so every team works from the same live inventory record.

Warehouses do not operate under ideal conditions. Deliveries arrive short, products move before somebody updates a spreadsheet, a picker cannot find an item and urgent orders interrupt the planned workflow. SKUWarden is built around those realities.

Designed for Shopify warehouse operations

SKUWarden is a Shopify WMS at its core. Product and order information moves into the warehouse while stock, fulfilment and tracking updates return to Shopify — including multi-store inventory management from a single global stock pool. Dispatch is handled through native Royal Mail Click & Drop integration for labels and manifests.

Built by people with hands-on warehouse experience

The platform is shaped by real operational problems: incorrect supplier quantities, missing products, unclear locations, skipped order lines and systems that create extra administration instead of removing it. Designed on the warehouse floor, not in the boardroom.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What is SKUWarden?

SKUWarden is a warehouse management system (WMS) for Shopify-first ecommerce, retail and wholesale businesses. It runs purchase orders, goods-in, bin locations, barcode picking, packing and dispatch on one live, append-only stock record.

Does SKUWarden work with Shopify?

Yes — live Shopify sync is at the core of the product. Orders and products flow into the warehouse; inventory, prices, bundles, fulfilment and tracking flow back. Multiple stores share one global stock pool, so you never oversell.

Can SKUWarden print Royal Mail shipping labels?

Yes. The Royal Mail Click & Drop integration prints labels during packing and produces end-of-day manifests, with tracking numbers pushed back to your store automatically.

How much does SKUWarden cost?

The standard WMS is £200 per month, flat — no per-order fees, no per-user fees. The bespoke plan, with custom integrations and tailored workflows, is £1,000 per month flat.

Do I need special hardware?

No. SKUWarden runs in a web browser on desktops and handheld devices — if it can open a browser and scan a barcode, it works on the warehouse floor.

Can I run more than one company or brand?

Yes. SKUWarden is multi-company SaaS: each company gets its own warehouses, stores, users and permissions under one account, fully isolated and centrally administered.
